Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Optimization (SMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, improving search rankings, and managing social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Arrow Perform keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Arrow Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engines.
  • Arrow Monitor and improve website ranking on Google and other search engines.
  • Arrow Conduct regular SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page strategies.
  • Arrow Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority.

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

  • Arrow Manage and grow company profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Arrow Create engaging posts, graphics, and campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
  • Arrow Track social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Arrow Collaborate with design and content teams for creative social media strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Arrow Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to measure performance.
  • Arrow Prepare monthly reports on SEO rankings, traffic, and social media growth.
  • Arrow Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills

  • Arrow Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Arrow Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Arrow Basic understanding of content marketing and digital advertising.
  • Arrow Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Arrow Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Arrow Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Arrow 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO and SMO.
  • Arrow Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
