Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into intuitive designs
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
• Maintain and refine design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
